- How Solana proof-of-stake differs from other chains (brief context, not a history lecture)
- Creating and funding a stake account in a supported wallet
- Choosing a validator: what the dashboard numbers mean
- Delegation, warm-up, and when rewards first appear
- Deactivation and cool-down if you need to move stake later
What to bring
A laptop with a Solana-compatible wallet installed (Phantom, Solflare, or similar). We demonstrate on testnet where possible, but some steps use mainnet read-only views. No SOL is required to participate, though many attendees delegate shortly after.
