I had picked a validator because a friend recommended it, but the commission had doubled six months ago. The session showed me exactly where to find that history — I moved half my stake elsewhere the same week.Min-jun ParkValidator Selection Consultation · ~45 SOL delegated
The staking workshop cleared up epoch timing for me. I still needed to re-read the warm-up section once on my own, but the live walkthrough saved me from activating stake in the wrong wallet.Hana YooStaking Basics Workshop · first-time delegator
The liquid staking briefing was dense — probably too much for a single hour if you are completely new. I had already staked natively, so the comparison between jitoSOL and direct delegation was exactly what I needed.David ChoEcosystem Explainer Session · MEV & LST focus
Glossary entries are short and precise. I bookmarked "skip rate" and "vote account" and stopped googling conflicting definitions.Yerin SeoGlossary reader · no consultation booked
Extended consultation covered eight validators for our small fund. The written report was thorough, though turnaround took three days instead of two because of a holiday. Worth the wait.Tomás AlvarezExtended Validator Selection · organisation account
Case note: Rebalancing after a commission hike
A reader held 120 SOL delegated to a validator ranked in the top 15 by activated stake. Uptime looked fine, but they noticed declining net rewards over two epochs. During preparation, our researcher found the validator had raised commission from 5% to 9% four months prior — a change easy to miss if you only check the current dashboard number.
In the session we compared two alternative validators: one with stable 5% commission and moderate stake concentration, another smaller operator with 0% commission but slightly higher skip rate. The reader chose to split delegation 70/30, prioritising stable commission over maximum yield. Follow-up email one month later confirmed rewards had normalised relative to their pre-hike baseline.
Case note: First delegation after the workshop
An attendee arrived with SOL in Phantom but no stake account. During the workshop they created a stake account on mainnet with a small test amount (2 SOL), then delegated to a validator they selected using our commission-stability checklist. They reported activating the remaining 30 SOL two days later without assistance — though they noted the cool-down article could use a clearer diagram for deactivation timing.
