Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid consultations and workshops offered by NextStream Core. Free library content (articles, glossary) is not subject to refunds. For questions, contact hello@nextstreamcore.click or +82-3-241-6087.

1. Eligibility overview

Refunds are available when you cancel within the timeframes below, when we cancel a session, or when we fail to deliver agreed follow-up materials within the stated window. Refunds are not available for completed sessions except as described in Section 4.

2. Cancellation and full refund

• More than 7 days before session: Full refund of any deposit or prepayment.
• 3–7 days before session: Full refund minus a ₩15,000 preparation fee if we have already begun validator research for your shortlist.
• Less than 3 days before session: Deposit (30%) is non-refundable. Remaining balance, if prepaid, is refunded.

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule once at no charge if you notify us at least 48 hours before the session. A second reschedule request within the same booking is treated as a cancellation under Section 2 unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4. Partial refund after session

If we fail to deliver written follow-up notes within two business days (three for extended consultations covering more than five validators), you may request a 20% partial refund within 14 days of the session. Completed sessions are otherwise non-refundable, including when you disagree with analytical conclusions — our role is research presentation, not guaranteed outcomes.

5. Non-refundable items

• Workshop seats after the session has started or when you no-show without 48 hours notice
• Deposits for cancellations less than 3 days before the session (see Section 2)
• Private organisation workshops after materials have been customised to your brief
• Monthly validator monitoring after the first report has been delivered for that billing period

6. No-shows

If you do not join a confirmed video or in-person session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start and gave no prior notice, the session is considered delivered and no refund is issued. We will wait 15 minutes and attempt contact via email once.

7. When we cancel

If NextStream Core cancels due to researcher illness or unforeseen office closure, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at your choice. We notify you as early as possible.

8. Refund process and timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank transfer payments are returned to the originating account. You receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated.

9. Work already started

For extended consultations, if you cancel after we have delivered a draft comparison table but before the live session, you may receive a 50% refund or the draft materials at our discretion, whichever you prefer.

10. Deposits

The 30% booking deposit secures preparation time. Deposit terms in Sections 2 and 5 apply. Deposits are applied toward the total session fee, not charged in addition to listed rates on our pricing page.

11. Contact for refund requests

Email hello@nextstreamcore.click with your booking date, session type, and reason for the request. Include the name and email used when booking. We respond within 3 business days.
